For that reason the TyreON T1000 has been designed with a large floorplate without hydraulic moving ramp.
The heavy wheel can be rolled to any position on the floor plate
By joystick you move the chuck horizontally to the wheel to grab the rim and lift the heavy wheel
In this way, large tires on heavy rims can be easily disassembled without a moving ramp

Fully automatic -hydraulic rotating mountinghead
Changing large tires with this super heavy duty truck tyrechanger is fully automated.
All functions, from the hydraulic clamping and electric rotation of the wheel up to the hydraulic rotation of the mountinghead, are automated.
The controller allows one to perform 14 movements, you roll the wheel onto the floor plate and the truck tyre changer does the heavy work.
Optimum performance - floor plate under the entire machine
The TyreON T1000 is equipped with a floor plate under the entire machine to collect grease and dirt and a central check valve in its hydraulic system to maintain the operating pressure.
Optimum performance due all hydraulic movements are smooth and full powered plus the longer technical lifetime of the hydraulic pump. 
For intensive use - without damage to tyres or rims
The all round truck tyre changer for intensive use is equipped with a heavy loads resistant mounting arm compiled with a strong disc and a hinged hook.
The hinged parts are fitted with grease nipples, by regularly lubricating the nipples the truck tyre changer is working well and wear and tear is prevented.

The portable controller allows you to move simultaneously both the chuck and the mountingarm from and towards each other. 
It speeds up work, contributes to the bead breaking force and makes it easier to change tyres up to 1.2 meters wide.
